SAF Advanced Operator Training

• Location is on customer’s site
• Prime audience is SAF machine operator/s
• Prequisites: SAF Operations Training Level 1 (this will have been carried out upon initial install of the H350) and approximately 3 months of experience working on the H350.

This course equips participants with the knowledge needed to increase utilisation of their high-end Stratasys H350 system/s, to improve their 3D printing capabilities and broaden their pre-processing and post-processing through theoretical and practical experience.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• Print parts with SAF technology in best quality and strength
• Learn the fundamentals to design CAD-parts for SAF technology
• Pre-process SAF parts
• Get familiar with the Stratasys H350 components, hardware and interface
• Utilise GrabCAD Print Pro for smooth operation
• Perform basic printer calibration and maintenance procedures to ensure best part quality and longer service of the system
• Get comfortable with the print workflow from start to finish through hands on experience
• Getting best practices for removing parts from the machine, cleaning and post-processing them
