Origin Advanced Operator Training

• Prime audience is Origin machine operator/s
• Prequisites: Origin Operations Training Level 1 (this will have been carried out upon initial install of the Origin system) and approximately 3-6 weeks of experience working on the Origin system.

The Origin Advanced Operations course is designed to give users the skills to increase throughput and maximise productivity with P3 technology. Participants will complete hands-on training in printing, changing materials, tray maintenance, and post-processing parts with a variety of materials using the Origin One. Course training and experience will include support generation, orientation for surface quality, designing for P3, considerations for different materials, troubleshooting, and how to achieve dimensional accuracy. Upon completion, users will gain advanced abilities in designing for P3 technology, optimizing prints, and troubleshooting with best use practices.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• Understand 3D printing with Stratasys P3 technology
• Understand the different application possibilities with your 3D Printer
• Experience with Origin parts print preparation in GrabCAD Print
• Consider printing applications for different materials
• Learn post-processing best practices
• Review dimensional accuracy tools for superior print quality
• Access support documents, machine guides and material technical information
